In our opinion, the bays of Huatulco are most enjoyable from November to February, when the weather is at its best. Although we love it here year-round. (On the hotter days, you get used to it and plan your day accordingly.)

Wet Season: June to October (expect frequent, shorter showers that can be intense at times, with an occasional tropical storm)
Best Value Times: Early November, April through May
Peak Premium Time: Middle/Late November through the end of March
Least Tourism Time: June through September, the extra hot weather and higher humidity keep most visitors away. (This is the best value time if you can handle it.)
