• 70% balance + tax due 60 days before arrival (full payment required for last-minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can change your dates without a fee up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival

NOTE: This property offers a discount for reservations of 20 nights or more. The discount will automatically be applied. Normal Electricity usage is allowed. The meter will be read before and after the stay. Extra electricity usage above the normal level is not included in the upfront booking costs; it will be paid locally based on actual usage.
